Terms of Service
These terms form a contract between you and Reshoot when you use Reshoot. They're governed by the laws of England and Wales and don't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

The service
Reshoot uses AI to turn photos of your items into studio-style listing images. Results are generated automatically and may vary — we can't guarantee that any particular image will be usable, or that using it will increase your sales.
Your account
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate details. Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Credits, payment and prices
Reshoot is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits up front and each photo you process uses credits. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Credits have no cash value, aren't transferable, and are only deducted when a generation is submitted. If a generation fails through our fault, we'll restore the credits.
Cancellation and refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. By buying credits and using them, you ask us to start supplying the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel for the credits you've used. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email support@reshoot.app. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service isn't supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Your content and acceptable use
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and of the images we generate for you, and you're free to use them in your listings. You give us a licence to store and process your photos only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload.
You must not use Reshoot to:
- upload photos you don't own or have permission to use;
- create images that misrepresent an item's condition, brand or authenticity — editing away flaws to mislead a buyer may breach consumer protection law and the rules of Vinted, eBay and Depop;
- upload unlawful, counterfeit, obscene or harmful content;
- upload images of identifiable people without their consent;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the service.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service available but it's provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw features. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we're not liable for lost sales, lost profits or indirect loss.
Ending the contract and disputes
You can close your account at any time by emailing support@reshoot.app. We may end it with notice, or immediately for serious breaches. Complaints go to the same address and we'll reply within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings there.
